Brandon Gescheidle-Fein
MA, LMFT
WELLBEING FACILITATOR
Brandon earned his Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and operates his individual private practice out of Los
Angeles. Brandon first began working extensively with the chronic pain community –
training with Alan Gordon at Pain Psychology Center and becoming certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT).
He has since specialized in working with queer clients and those in the entertainment industry. In practice, Brandon calls upon an integrated
approach of Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to assist clients in unlearning unhelpful, sometimes harmful, patterns and

Johanna Jones
MA, LMFT
WELLBEING FACILITATOR
Johanna came to this work through lived experience. The daughter of a script supervisor and the parent of a former child actor, she has spent her life inside the entertainment industry - which means she understands it from the inside. The long hours, the impact on relationships, the identity tied to the work, the particular elation and exhaustion that come with a life lived at full creative throttle - all of it is safely explored in her office.

She has been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 14 years, building a private practice rooted in the entertainment industry. Johanna works with all of it, bringing clinical depth and genuine fluency in this world to every session.

Deeply spiritual and creatively driven, Johanna blends psychology with holistic modalities and a whole lot of humanity. She believes that people in this industry deserve care that actually fits their lives, their demands, their pace, and the very real need for balance in a world that doesn't always make that easy.

Johanna is part of the second US cohort certified in on-set wellbeing facilitation through 6ft From the Spotlight (UK) and brings that specialized training to her work with the Los Angeles entertainment community at Fourth Wall Consultants.

Victoria brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and firsthand entertainment-industry experience to her work as a trauma therapist. A licensed marriage and family therapist, certified IFS therapist, and founder of Centered Self Trauma Therapy, she specializes in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and somatic therapies. Before entering clinical practice, she worked in commercial acting, casting, and, for more than a decade, as a sought after recovery coach mentoring high-profile talent through demanding on-set and off-set environments.

TRACY SANTOMARCO
LMFT | Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist | Former Television Producer
Tracy brings over 30 years of experience in television production together
with her work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, offering a grounded
understanding of the psychological demands of film and television environments. As a producer in non-scripted entertainment, she led teams through high-pressure productions, developing a clear view of the pace, unpredictability, and emotional strain
placed on cast and crew.
Her transition into psychotherapy was shaped by that experience. She now specializes in trauma, including PTSD and complex trauma, with training in EMDR, somatic therapies, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. She has particular expertise in helping individuals recover from narcissistic abuse, rebuild self-trust, and navigate high-stress relational dynamics.
Tracy is the founder of Process Ketamine Studio, where she develops training programs for therapists and practical resources for clinics and patients to better support IV ketamine treatment.
At Fourth Wall, Tracy helps cast and crew stay grounded in high-pressure
environments, strengthen communication under stress, recognize and manage
emotional triggers, and recover quickly when overwhelm impacts performance.
